Quotations and Pricing
Our pricing will be fair, with clear and transparent quotations.
We will make it very clear whether the price given is a Quote or Estimate - we don't believe any customer should instruct a contractor without first knowing what they will get for their hard earned money.
Quotations
Our quotations will clearly detail the work to be carried out, it will provide a breakdown of the costs by labour, materials and other items.
You will see what you are being charged and we are happy to discuss any part of the quotation - you must be happy with it.
Estimates
Where we are unable to provide a fixed price we will provide an Estimate instead of a Quotation, this will be clearly marked
as such.
Most jobs are clear on what is required, we will only estimate where there is likely to be unknown factors in the job, this will be discussed during our visit.
Pricing
We believe our prices are fair, however any savings we make during a job will be passed on to you - now that's unusual isn't it - it's only fair.
We operate a Max Value Pricing system, this means if a job takes longer to complete than anticipated (for whatever reason) we will not pass the extra costs onto to you.

Our T's & C's are quite standard and are there to protect you and us, so we are happy to share them with you up front, even before you instruct us - that's only fair.

Discounts and Special Offers
*amount of referral fee will depend on the value of new work and is payable once our invoice has been paid. You will be responsible for any tax, if any, payable on any referral fees.
OAP Discounts
We are pleased to offer a discount off our Labour charges*, please ask for more details.
*a minimum charge of £50 applies, 10% discount applied on labour charges over £50.
Customer Referral Fee
Marketing costs money, so if you refer a friend to us and they appoint us to carry out work for them, this saves us money, we are happy to pass this saving on to you by way of a small fee*
